Then I opened the Emunand Wad manager in Usbloader and installed my wads for the vc channels. To achieve this, I went into USB Loader GX and opened Settings, then Features, and dumped my NAND to an emunand. It also ensures that all wbfs files are in their correct folders and named correctly.įor SNES, N64, and NES games, I have an emulated nand with virtual console channels installed on it. I use Wii Backup Manager to transfer the wii games over to the hard drive due to the 4gb file size limit in fat32 file system, wii backup manager will automatically split wbfs files larger than 4gb into multiple files, and still run seamlessly in usbloader. I have my Gamecube games in usb1:\games, and my wii games in usb1:\wbfs, solely in wbfs format. I've downloaded all the box art for the games I have, so it looks very nice. On my wii I have a 2gb sd card formatted in fat32 that has my homebrew apps on it, and a 1tb seagate backup external hard drive formatted in fat32, plugged into the USB port closest to the edge.
